My stay at the hotel was overall a mix of highs and lows. On one hand, the views from my room were absolutely stunning, and the staff at the pool and beach were equally impressive-quick to respond and attentive. However, the noise level at the pool was far from relaxing, which might not be ideal for someone seeking peace. In terms of dining, I enjoyed a variety of good food options, but it would be great to have more early breakfast choices available.

I had a splendid stay at FIVE Palm Jumeirah. The facilities were fantastic, and I really appreciated the attentive service from staff like Ms. Daria and Mr. Mamadou at check-in. However, the beach was closed during my visit, and the loud music playing until 7 PM can be a bit bothersome for those seeking a calm atmosphere. Additionally, the in-room dining prices were quite high compared to other five-star options, although the quality and variety were decent.

The location is fantastic, and while the service was mostly good, I had a frustrating experience at check-in regarding taxes.
