My stay at the hotel was overall a mix of highs and lows. On one hand, the views from my room were absolutely stunning, and the staff at the pool and beach were equally impressive—quick to respond and attentive. However, the noise level at the pool was far from relaxing, which might not be ideal for someone seeking peace. In terms of dining, I enjoyed a variety of good food options, but it would be great to have more early breakfast choices available.

I had a splendid stay at FIVE Palm Jumeirah. The facilities were fantastic, and I really appreciated the attentive service from staff like Ms. Daria and Mr. Mamadou at check-in. However, the beach was closed during my visit, and the loud music playing until 7 PM can be a bit bothersome for those seeking a calm atmosphere. Additionally, the in-room dining prices were quite high compared to other five-star options, although the quality and variety were decent.

The Five Palm Jumeirah is a beautiful hotel with stunning architecture and a lovely room offering a breathtaking view. The location is fantastic, and while the service was mostly good, I had a frustrating experience at check-in regarding taxes. The pool area, although small, is great for socializing, but be aware that the beach was closed during my visit for renovations.
