clean room modern bathroom polite staff
the rooms were modern and very clean. the bathrooms included simple elegant designs. the staff, specifically the reception and housekeeping teams, were always polite. i appreciated that the hotel team was professional.
i noticed that the music could be loud at times.

praia beach club was very nice! the atmosphere had amazing music, delicious food, and a beautiful view. the staff was super friendly and. the location and the staff are amazing so it is really recommendable.

Amazing stay!
clean room great breakfast amazing facilities
This is really an amazing place. The rooms were clean and well air conditioned. I found the facilities amazing. I enjoyed the breakfast which was good. The room service was also great.
The pool area seemed small and crowded. It reminded me of everyone was close together. The loud music was unbearable near the pool. It was not that relaxing.

The staff proved helpful. Ms.Anglia at reception assisted me. She was really great. Ashutosh Satpathy, the duty manager, provided a free upgrade with the best possible view, along with really good service, until checkout. We were impressed.

The food was nice. I could see fine views of the ocean from the dining areas. The staff was great, always ensuring that guests had everything they needed. I enjoyed some refreshing drinks.

decent stay, issues present
inconsistent service cold water
i found the service inconsistent. our room wasn't cleaned one day. also, the hot tub took hours to fill, and the water was cold because there was no temperature control. this was disappointing. the staff did not respond promptly to our requests.

The room offered wonderful amenities. The superior room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. This was lovely. I also appreciated how spacious the room was. EVERYTHING felt first class.

the room upgrade to luxe sea view was a plus. the pool had great music all day from a live dj. it created a good vibe to relax.
